All pricing shown on this website is in Canadian dollars and does not include applicable
sales taxes or shipping costs. Shipping costs will be automatically added to your purchase through PayPal. We can provide
shipping quotes for phone or email orders. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
When you're ready to order, please use our secure payment service through PayPal. If

Shipping and Handling
We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. Depending on the product availability,
please allow anywhere from 2 - 8 weeks for delivery.
We offer the following shipping methods:
For small packages under 5 lbs:
Canada Post Xpress Post (4-6 business days within Canada, 6-12 business days continental
USA)
For packages over 5 lbs:
KW Messenger (1-2 business days); Ontario postal codes beginning
with L, M & N only.
OR
Canada Post Xpress Post (6-12 business days regular service Canada or continental USA)
Also available;
Standard Purolator Courier Overnight (additional cost to regular shipping cost. Please Contact Us for a quote).
Shipping costs are based on package quantity, size and weight.
FREE SHIPPING for large orders or system packages over $1500 (before taxes) and delivered
within Ontario. Please call or Contact Us for shipping costs outside Ontario and internationally.
Shipping Wet, Flooded Lead Acid Batteries:
For safety reasons as designated by the Ministry of Transportation,
all wet flooded lead acid batteries are classified as Hazardous Goods and will not be shipped via standard air or
ground parcel delivery service such as Canada Post Xpresspost, Purolator, Fedex, UPS (each at their discretion).
We do have a limited designated area of Ontario where we can deliver
small quantities (1 - 4 pcs.) of these types of batteries. To qualify you must live in an area of Ontario where your postal
code begins with L, M or N only.
For larger quantities and for all other areas of Ontario and nationally
or internationally we can ship by common LTL (less than load) freight carrier. In some cases, direct or drop shipment from
the manufacturer may be available. Please Contact Us for a freight quote on these battery types. A separate dangerous goods handling fee will apply for preparation
of proper shipping documentation and surcharges.

Order Payments
Online credit card or debit orders are accepted & processed through PayPal.
We only accept Visa or Mastercard for non PayPal account holders, telephone or e-mail
orders. (with account verification and authorization).
Your credit card or PayPal statement will show a purchase from "BATT EXPERT" or "BATTERIES
EXPERT"
International Orders
We also accept payment for international orders by international money order only. Please
allow 5 days after we receive your money order for payment processing & clearing before order shipment. All foreign customs
charges, taxes, duty & brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Additional shipping charges will apply
for international orders. Please Contact Us for an international shipping quote.
Instore shopping we accept:
Cash, Debit, Certified Cheque, Traveller's Cheques, Money Orders, Bank Draft and of course;
Visa or Mastercard.
Sorry, we do not accept American Express for instore, telephone or email orders
