This small starter solar kit has everything you need to power a few appliances at the cottage, cabin, boat, trailer or RV. This kit is ideal for those weekend getaways. The solar panel can recharge the battery during the weekdays and be ready to go each and every weekend.

The Enerwatt 20 watt solar panel can provide over 7 A/h's (amp hours) of charging current per day during the summer. The Enerwatt 10 amp charge controller will automatically regulate the charge going into the battery. The convenient LCD display will show battery or solar charging voltage as well as an LED power monitor. More solar panels can be added later to increase output or upgrade to a larger wattage panel using the same 10 amp controller.

The Enerwatt High Rate AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) battery is sealed, maintenance free and non spillable. It can provide over 450 W/h's (watt hours) of power for most small appliance loads. For example: you can power a 15 watt bulb for 24 hours or a small 90 watt TV for 4 hours to a maximum 80% battery Depth of Discharge (DOD).

The inverter can handle a continuous and total appliance load of 175 watts or a 210 watt surge load for a maximum of 5 minutes. Simply make certain all your loads do not exceed the 175 watt rating of the inverter.
